CHECK IN – CHECK OUT

Check In 3:00 to 9:00 pm / Check Out 10:00 am.

No check-ins after 9:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to original arrival date.

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior for groups using 10 or more rooms – even if group is made up of individual reservations.

A charge of one nights stay will be charged to credit card if cancellations are made without giving the required notice.

CHILDREN

Supervised children of all ages are welcome.

Children under 3 stay free

Children 12 and under are welcome to stay with adults in cabin rooms.

PETS

Sorry, no pets are allowed in cabin or lodge rooms. Additional charges will be assessed if pets are found in room.

SMOKING

No smoking is allowed in any of the buildings.

DINING ROOM

If you have specific dietary requirements, i.e. vegetarian, diabetic, food allergies, etc., please advise one week in advance.

An 18% gratuity will be added to Dining Room groups of six or more.

Dress is informal. Shoes & Shirt required. No bathing suits.

Dining room hours are:

Breakfast 8 AM – 10 AM

Lunch 12 noon – 2 PM

Dinner hours are subject to change - Please call for reservations

MINIMUM NIGHTS STAY

2 night minimum stay on all holiday weekends
2 night minimum stay July and October weekends
2 night minimum stay for groups using 10 or more rooms

RATES
A $25 NON-refundable deposit will be charged at the time the reservation is made. This will be applied toward the final check out total. Deposits required for group reservations held with one credit card will be based on number of rooms and occupancy.

Cabin or Lodge Room with private bath	$109.00 per night single or double occupancy
ADD $25 for each additional person after 2 people per room – MAX 4 ADULTS PER ROOM

Economy Lodge Room 4 rooms share 2 bathrooms	$75 per night single or double occupancy
MAX 2 PEOPLE PER ROOM

All rates include use of on-site recreational facilities. 15% will be added to all of the quoted rates. (6.75% NC Sales Tax, 3% County Room Tax, 5.25% Service Charge) TAXES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Stay 6 nights and the 7th night Lodging is complimentary. All Rates Subject to Change
